Who we are

Quayside Digital Studio is a trading name of Randeep Dhillon, a sole trader based in the North East of England. For anything about your personal data, email quaysidedigitalstudio@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

• When you contact us (through the form or by email): your name, business name, email, phone number if you give it, website and message. We use these to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a concept or quote. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry) and, if we go on to work together, taking steps to enter into a contract.
• When we contact your business first: we may use publicly available business contact details (for example from your website, Google Business Profile or Companies House) to send a short, relevant message about our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will add you to our do-not-contact list.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We use a small number of trusted providers to run our business: Netlify (website hosting and form submissions) and Google (email). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under safeguards approved by UK law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact, unless we're working together, in which case we keep business records for as long as the law requires. Do-not-contact requests are kept so we can honour them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to us using it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just email us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
